We were on a trip to the west coast and my wife needed a new helmet. Got to the store late on a Friday afternoon, went to the helmet section and were greeted by Emily. After telling Emily what we were looking for, I was amazed by her and the other staff hove they welcomed us showed great product knowledge. My wife is very picky about the right riding gear. Emily and her staff put her at ease and made a lot of suggestions for her, helping her to get the best fit and comfort level. This process took a while, even late on a Friday they were more interested in making sure our purchase was perfect then leaving exactly at closing time. Emily even gave us tips for the next days trip! I have been in a lot of dealerships across this great country, but this whole staff at Grizzly Harley was completely amazing, they are the best of the best in my book! The best part was we even got a hug from Emily on the way out! I know our purchase was not the biggest of the day, but the staff made us feel like we were there biggest customers of the day! My husband and I are from Calgary, AB and we recently stayed in Missoula for the night on our road trip. We have stayed in Missoula several times before on road trips and I make a point of visiting this Harley-Davidson store before we leave. It is a must for me before we leave Missoula. We even stay at the Wingate Hotel, not only because it is a very good place to stay, but it is also situated across the street from The Grizzly Harley-Davidson store. Very convenient!:)I have been a Harley fan for a long time and I enjoy looking at the bikes and checking out Harley gift products. I always enjoy shopping at the Grizzly Harley-Davidson store because the service is very good. It is one of my favorite Harley stores to visit. I particularly enjoyed my last visit to the store on September 17, 2014 because I found the staff to be very nice and they gave me excellent service that day. The purchase our Harley-Davidson Electra Ultra Classic Limited was informative, professional, friendly; the entire crew from Kurt the owner to Ray the gentleman that delivered the bike with professional care, were extremely helpful during the entire purchase process. Nate from sales, guided us through, answered questions, offered recommendations and the reasons we might consider them and just did a great job. It's been 45 years since my last Harley, so I was way behind the informational curve, everyone provided me with informed options, described in detail the functional aspects, improvements (Program Rushmore) after deciding on the bike, we went the various stations; it was not like going from sales point to sales point but rather, meeting truly nice people that provide all the information a person needs to make a purchase or just gain knowledge in that representative's area of expertise.
We enjoyed the entire process, the staff and of course the incredible craftsmanship that is now a hallmark of Harley-Davidson.
I would gladly recommend Grizzly Harley of Missoula, to anyone looking for a motorcycle. They are good people.

I have a 2005 Electra Glide Screamin Eagle, which developed "shifting problems south of Lola. I rode back slowly about 40 miles to the Missoula Harley Dealer. I went directly to the Service Department and was greeted by Luke. (I remember Luke, Eddie and others from my last experience when I had to have some major work done in 2010). Luke wrote-up the service documents and had the bike in the service bay within 10 minutes. Todd worked on the Bike and quickly diagnosed the problem. Fortunately, for me the part was in stock and installed promptly. Todd contacted me in the waiting area to have me sit on the bike to adjust the Shifter Levers correctly. I also purchased a couple of t-shirts while I was waiting and my riding friend bought a kit for his front forks. Overall, once again this Dealership and the staff we were involved with were courtesy, knowledgeable, and quick to assist the customer and exhibited total professionalism.Thank you once again for allowing me to continue my trip with minimal down time. The new ownership is a breath of fresh air in Western Montana. I have had great experiences with sales, service, and parts with this dealership following the transition. I attended the grand opening for Grizzly Harley-Davidson… it is no longer Montana Harley. The new owners are very gracious people and their staff is friendly and helpful. The store is stocked with a large variety of bikes, clothing and accessories. The grand opening festivities (Food, Live Music, Games, Vendors, Bike Wash, Etc.) were awesome! All the vendors (2 Live Bands, Tattoo Artists, Face Painter, Food Caterer) were very talented and professional, and I had an excellent time! I have to say it is the nicest and cleanest Harley-Davidson Dealership I've seen and I will definitely be going back and taking my friends with me!!!

I've know Kurt Russell for many years and bought my first H-D from him in 2002. We then purchased my second H-D and my wifes first from Eric Allen. And Stephanie in MotorClothes has always been the best helping us find and getting what we needed and wanted in H-D Motor Clothes and accessories. Ever since we've known all three of these people they have always been focused on the customer and providing the best customer service EVER! Whatever the problems have been in the past with that shop and the previous owners I'm sure are long gone and in the past. There is no doubt in my mind that under new ownership and leadership customer service will be the focus and I will be completely surprised that as GM Kurt will let that fail. These guys at Grizzly are terrific! I had a recall problem while traveling from California and the service department had me back on the road in under three hours! Amazing! Luke, John, and the service techs really went above and beyond to get us on the road again. This is a FIVE STAR dealership and local riders don't know how lucky they are to have such a high quality facility in their backyard. Way to go Kurt Russell… keep up the great work!
